In the rare occasion when the Instawork Professional is late for your gig, you will not be billed until the Instawork Professional arrives and checks into the gig.

We will automatically adjust the billing to reflect the gig start time so you are only billed from the time when the Instawork Professional checks in.

Our live operations team is always monitoring the gig Professionals, and will reach out if we believe a worker is late, or may be late. You can also track the Professional's location from your Instawork dashboard to estimate arrival time and plan accordingly.
