In the occasion that the Instawork Professional is late for your gig, you will not be billed for the time until they clock into the app.

We will automatically adjust the billing to reflect the gig start time so you are only billed from the time when the Instawork Professional clocks in.

Our Live Operations team are monitoring ongoing gigs and will reach out to Professionals if we believe they are running late. You can also track the Professional's location from your Instawork dashboard to see their ETA to plan accordingly.
