Why do I need to enable push notifications?
Devices running Android 13 or higher now require push notification permissions in order to start tracking location.
Disabling push notifications prior to a shift will prevent location tracking from working correctly and can make it difficult to verify your working hours.
How do I enable push notification permissions?
Go to the Settings app
Tap Notifications
Enable "All Instawork notifications"
Do I need to leave push notifications enabled after my shift?
While we encourage enabling push notifications to hear about our latest shifts, you may disable push notifications after clocking out of your shift.
