Pre-shift Screening: As part of our commitment to safety, we reference multiple sources to confirm the information provided by all new Professionals on our platform, including work history, work references, and a criminal background check by a third-party provider, Checkr. On-shift Incident Reporting: Instawork has a dedicated Trust & Safety Team responsible for intaking, investigating, and responding to any reports of on-shift incidents, from workplace issues to serious injuries. As applicable, the Trust & Safety Team handles gathering any required information and noticing claims to an applicable insurance provider.
