If you have W-2 earnings for W-2 shifts you completed during the year 2025, you’ll be able to access your tax forms from your ADP by February 2, 2026.
You will receive an electronic W-2 tax form via ADP unless you have opted for delivery via mail.

Follow these steps to access your W2 forms in ADP:
1. Log in to ADP Workforce Now at https://workforcenow.adp.com/workforcenow/login.html
2. Click the Annual Tax Statements shortcut on the front page, or go to MYSELF > Pay & Tax Statements > Tax Statements
3. Select the tax year you need
4. Download or print your W-2 form
